Talking Therapy – Creative Therapy
About me
Pronouns: she, her, hers
Originally trained as a Music Therapist, I work as a talking and creative psychotherapist. I use conversation and creativity to help my clients unlock thoughts and feelings that might otherwise feel inaccessible. My aim as a therapist is to provide my clients with an environment in which they feel safe and supported as we explore the difficulties and challenges they may face.
I help clients develop understanding and compassion for themselves, and enable them to overcome difficulties, make changes in their lives, and experience improved wellbeing and self-esteem.
My practice is based in SW14, where I offer a comfortable and confidential therapy space. Beyond my private practice, my work has included supporting adults, children and adolescents in NHS and private mental healthcare services, educational settings, and neurorehabilitation.
My approach is person-centred, which means sessions are facilitated in a holistic way that focuses on you as a whole person. I work flexibly in my approach to meet clients’ individual needs, within a psychodynamic and integrative framework.
