Creative Psychotherapy

About me
Pronouns: she/her

In my practice, I use conversation and creativity to help clients unlock thoughts and feelings that might otherwise feel inaccessible. My aim as a therapist is to provide my clients with an environment in which they feel safe and supported as we explore the difficulties and challenges they may face.
I help clients develop understanding and compassion for themselves, and enable them to overcome difficulties, make changes in their lives, and experience improved wellbeing and self-esteem.

Beyond my private practice, my work has included supporting adults, children and adolescents in NHS and private mental healthcare services, educational settings, and neurorehabilitation.

My approach is person-centred, which means sessions are facilitated in a holistic way that focuses on you as a whole person. Originally trained as a psychodynamic Music Therapist, I work flexibly in my approach to meet clients’ individual needs, within a psychoanalytic and integrative framework.
